Shipping Lead Time

All orders have at least 1-2 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.

Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of at least 3-4 business days upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Thank you for shopping at Herbal Kingdom And Fragrance . Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Canceling An Order

Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.

Purchases Made Through Another Retailers

Please contact the store you purchased from for a return or exchange. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for items purchased through another retailer.

Damaged or Defective Products

We carefully package all orders before shipping.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Requests without proof or made after the time window may not be accepted.

The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?

When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery. Once an order has shipped, Herbal Kingdom and Fragrance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.
