Shipping Lead Time

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and for health, hygiene, and product-safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. This policy helps us protect the quality, safety, and integrity of our products and ensures that products that have left our facility are not returned to inventory.

Shipping Charges

All shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped. This includes domestic and international orders, regardless of whether the package is delivered, refused, undeliverable, delayed, or returned to the sender.

For international orders, customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for complying with the customs, import, duty, tax, and other requirements of the destination country. If an international package is refused, held, rejected, or returned by customs or the destination country's postal/carrier service, the original shipping charge remains non-refundable because the shipping service has already been purchased and performed.

If a package is returned to us, any refund that may be approved will be considered separately from the original shipping charge and may be subject to applicable fees, costs, or deductions associated with the return.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any non-waivable rights or protections provided to consumers under applicable federal, state, or local law. Where applicable law requires a refund, replacement, cancellation right, or other remedy, those legal requirements will apply.

Canceling An Order

Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.

Purchases Made Through Another Retailers

Please contact the store you purchased from for a return or exchange. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for items purchased through another retailer.

Damaged or Defective Products

We carefully package all orders before shipping.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Requests without proof or made after the time window may not be accepted.

The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package? What if I have a lost or stolen package?

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and secure delivery address at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, the customer is responsible for monitoring the shipment and taking reasonable steps to ensure that the package can be safely received.

If carrier tracking confirms that a package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, Herbal Kingdom And Fragrance is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, misplaced, taken, or stolen after delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please:

  1. Check around your property, mailbox, front door, garage, side entrance, and other possible delivery locations.
  2. Check with household members, neighbors, building management, or others who may have accepted the package on your behalf.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly and provide your tracking number. Request that the carrier open a delivery investigation and, when available, provide GPS delivery information or proof of delivery.
  4. If you believe the package was stolen, you may also file a police report or other appropriate theft report and provide the report to the carrier and/or Herbal Kingdom And Fragrance if requested.
  5. If the carrier determines that the package was properly delivered, any further investigation or recovery of the package must generally be handled through the carrier, property management, law enforcement, or the customer's applicable insurance.

Delivery Responsibility

Herbal Kingdom And Fragrance is not responsible for delays, losses, or theft occurring after a package has been confirmed as delivered, including packages left at a customer's door, mailbox, mailroom, reception area, parcel locker, or other location designated by the carrier.

Customers are strongly encouraged to use a secure delivery location, require a signature when available, request carrier hold-for-pickup services, or make other arrangements when they will not be available to receive a shipment.

Once tracking information becomes available, customers should monitor their shipment and be available around the estimated delivery date or contact the carrier in advance to arrange pickup at an available holding facility when appropriate.

Incorrect or Unsafe Addresses

Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of all shipping information entered at checkout. Once an order is placed, we are not responsible for any issues, delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address information provided by the customer.

Herbal Kingdom And Fragrance reserves the right to request documentation, including carrier records, proof of delivery, photographs, or a police report, when investigating a claim involving a missing, lost, or allegedly stolen package.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.

⚠️ STRICT ANTI-FRAUD & CHARGEBACK POLICY (ZERO TOLERANCE)

Herbal Kingdom and Fragrance maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against payment fraud of any kind. By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Fraudulent chargebacks are illegal. Any customer who receives their order and initiates a chargeback or payment reversal without first returning the product in its original condition is committing payment fraud . A criminal offense under U.S. federal and state law.

  • All transactions are fully documented. Every order, shipment, delivery confirmation, and communication is recorded, timestamped, and securely stored. This evidence will be submitted in full to the payment processor, card network, and relevant authorities in the event of a dispute.

  • We actively dispute all fraudulent chargebacks. Herbal Kingdom and Fragrance  works directly with payment processors and financial institutions to contest illegitimate chargebacks. We have a strong track record of winning such disputes.

  • Legal action will be pursued without exception. Any individual found to have committed chargeback fraud will be subject to civil litigation for recovery of the full order amount, shipping costs, chargeback fees, and all associated legal expenses. In cases of repeated or deliberate fraud, we will file a criminal complaint with the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

  • Your information will be reported. Fraudulent customers may be reported to fraud prevention databases, which can affect your ability to make purchases with other merchants and financial institutions.

  • Do not place an order if you do not intend to pay. Completing a purchase on this website constitutes a legally binding agreement to pay for the goods received. Attempting to obtain goods without payment is theft.
